Karro Food Group are a UK leading pork processors with plants across the country – they supply many of their packaged pork products to leading retailers, foodservice, and manufacturing customers.
Problem
On-site personnel were unable to quickly communicate with production operators to give live feedback on production line performance and general operating instructions.
Challenge
FSL Electronics were tasked with designing a customised IP66 display that can receive information directly from the production line to display live data & feedback on, which improves efficiency and performance.
Solution
FSL supplied an Ultra-bright waterproof LED Display, permanently mounted within the factory. It displays information from the APP (Instant Messages) & Sensor Feedback (Target Output & Actual Output).
