Customer Support Procedures
When you call, please have your product system or serial number and product description available. If possible FSL will resolve your inquiry by phone, however if a repair is necessary, you will be given a RMA number and download the returns form and ship back to FSL for repair along with the returns form. .
We strive for a prompt turnaround on repairs but products shipped for repair without an RMA number may result in unavoidable delays.

All new FSL products are sold with a 12 month warranty should an item need repair contact Customer Service for a RMA number and fill out the returns form, then ship the item to us. We will either repair or replace the product.

Should your equipment need repair one year or more after purchase, please contact Customer Service to obtain RMA number.An RMA form may be downlaoded from this page. We will assess your equipment and provide you with a written quote for your approval.
